Winery review: Expresses our Chablis minerality and fruity so characteristic in its name. A wine with good balance and complex from old vines of our plot located between the coast and Vaillons Lechet. A wine for all occasions.
My review: The wine had a very strong tannic smell which made it hard to smell anything else. It was a tart taste but it was also really creamy, which gave it a very nice balance. I liked that the creaminess gave the complex wine a good balance. It was a very easy to drink wine but not so easy to smell
I tasted this on its own with no food.
