Winery review: Vin Blanc is meant to capture the lighter qualities of floral, semi-sweet Riesling, while adding its own natural flavors of lemon and pineapple. Ideal for spicy Thai food or cheese and fruit.  

My review: I loved the sweet fruity smell that the wine gave off. It had a mix of lycee and lemon and I loved the combination of the two. The wine tasted of sweet berries mixed with the tartness of lemons. I absolutely loved this wine. 

I tasted this on its own with no food.
